How much does a home addition cost in the East Valley?
Most additions we build run $120K–$350K. A modest bump-out sits near the low end. A primary suite with a bath, or a casita with its own kitchenette, lands higher. Foundation, roof tie-in, and mechanical runs usually cost more than the finishes.
Do you build casitas and primary suites?
Yes. Primary suites, guest casitas, and smaller bump-outs are the additions we take on. The new work is detailed to match the existing roof, stucco, and floor lines so it does not read as an add-on.
Will an addition match the existing house?
That is the point of the design phase. We match eave height, stucco texture, window proportion, and flooring so the addition feels original. Where the existing house cannot be matched exactly, we show you the difference before we build it.

How long does an addition take?+
Typically 3–6 months of construction after 6–10 weeks of design, engineering, and permitting.
Do you handle HOA approval?+
Yes. When a community requires it, we prepare the submittal and revise it with you before anything is filed.
