What happens if you find water damage behind the shower?
It is common in older Valley homes. We stop, photograph it, show you, and price the repair as a written change order before closing the wall. Damaged framing and valves get replaced, not covered up.

Yes. We schedule work so at least one bathroom stays usable, and we seal off the work area to control dust.
Do you handle aging-in-place features?+
Yes. Blocking for grab bars, curbless entries, comfort-height toilets, wider doors, and bench seating can all be planned into the design.
