How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Plan on 3–5 weeks for design, selections, and permits, then 6–10 weeks on site. We order cabinets and long-lead items before demo, so the kitchen is out of service for as short a time as possible.
Can you remove a wall to open up my kitchen?
Usually, yes. Many Valley homes from the 1980s–2000s have a wall between the kitchen and the family room. If the wall is load-bearing we engineer a beam or header, pull the permit, and handle inspections. That is one of the most common requests we get.

What warranty do you offer?+
Every remodel includes a 2-year workmanship warranty, plus the manufacturer warranties on cabinets, appliances, and fixtures.
