How much does a whole-home remodel cost in Phoenix and the East Valley?

Whole-home projects usually start around $150K and can exceed $400K depending on square footage, structural changes, and finish level. We break every estimate out by room and by trade so you can see where the money goes, and phase the work if you want to.

Can we live in the house during a whole-home renovation?

Sometimes. For phased projects we sequence rooms so part of the house stays livable. When the work touches the kitchen, baths, and flooring at once, most families move out for part of the job. It is usually faster and less expensive.

What does a whole-home renovation include?

Design, engineering, and permits, then the rooms you want rebuilt: kitchens, baths, flooring, lighting, and the mechanical work that ties them together. One project lead stays on it from the first walkthrough to closeout.
